SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

A. Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Coverage & Availability
    • We currently ship products within the United States only.
    • International shipping is not available at this time.
  2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
    • Estimated shipping times vary based on carrier services, location, and order volume.
    • Shipping estimates provided at checkout are approximate and are not guaranteed.
  3. Shipping Liability Disclaimer
    • Once an order has been handed over to the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS), we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost shipments, or damages caused by third-party carriers.
    • If your package is lost or damaged, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
  4. Incorrect Shipping Information
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout.
    • Orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses will not be re-shipped or refunded unless verified as our error.

B. Return and Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guaranteed 90-Day Refund/Return Policy

      We offer a 90-day return policy, even if the products have been opened or used. If customers are not fully satisfied with the quality of our products, they may return them for a full refund.

      Returns are accepted and processed Monday through Friday.

2. Return Authorization Requirement

      Customers must request return authorization by emailing hello@znshealthsupplements.com before shipping products back.

      Unauthorized returns may be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

3. Return Shipping Process

      Customers must ship returns via USPS (First Class Mail is usually the least expensive option) to the following return address:

      Customers must include their original packing slip with the returned item(s) to help us identify them and their order number.

      If the packing slip is lost or unavailable, customers must include a piece of paper with their full name and address inside the return package.

4. Return Shipping Costs

      ZnS Health does not provide return shipping labels under any circumstances.

      Customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping labels and ensuring the package is addressed correctly.

      All bottles being refunded must be returned, including empty or open bottles. We will not issue a refund for bottles that are not received.

5. Non-Returnable Items

      The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

o   Digital downloads or gift cards

o   Products labeled as “Final Sale”

C. Refunds

  1. Refund Processing Timeframe
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days of receiving the returned item.
    • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
  2. Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable
    • Refunds only apply to product costs and do not include original shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  3. Denial of Refund Requests
    • We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

        The returned item does not meet return eligibility criteria.

        The item was not purchased directly from our Website.

        The return request was submitted outside the 90-day return period.
